2011 NFL Mock Draft: St. Louis Rams Are Jones'ing for a Star Wide Receiver
Don't expect the St. Louis Rams to waste even a second making their first-round decision should Alabama's Julio Jones last until pick #14.
The Rams came surprisingly close to nabbing their first playoff bid since 2004, thanks in large part to the Herculean efforts of rookie QB and 2010 #1 overall pick Sam Bradford.
As good as Bradford was in his first pro season, he could've been even better had St. Louis found a capable replacement for Donnie Avery, the team's top wide receiver, who went down in the preseason with a devastating knee injury.
